We are a reseller for Trixbox Pro and have a need to develop an auto dialer for our clients. The auto dialer needs to have the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously. The dialer should play a message then offer the caller an option to press a number to transferred to a live person. We should be able to transfer the call to either an extension or a queue (sub menu in trixbox which will forward to a queue).
If so, then you should provide an IVR system also for presenting menu, right? This could be done by creating a PHP-AGI for handling this from the dial-plan. My question is: the auto-dialer should be retrieved from a table list or csv file, right? How many simultaneous auto dialer process you mean here? Let me know.
