Developer Evaluation #1 (DotNet Core)

Hi developers, This is a project to conduct a proficiency evaluation in DotNet Core 2.2, Asp.Net Core 2.2 WebApi, Entity Framework Core 2.2 code-first with SQL Server. Rules: 1 - The evaluation has a time limit of 10 hours. Every worked hour will be paid with an equal rate of USD 2.00 for every developer participating in this evaluation. 2 - I will pay a "start work" milestone of USD 2.50 after you accept this project, run the time tracker and there is at least 15 minutes fo tracked time 3 - The evaluation is built in 4 Levels. Not completing all Levels does not disqualify you 4 - If you complete all 4 Levels, inside the 10 hour timeframe, and deliver it within 36 hours after project acceptation, I will add a bonus of USD 2.50 5 - The results of the evaluation will determine your hourly rate in the projects you have bid, which is an amount between a USD 2.00 and a USD 4.00 So the ** maximum ** payment for this evaluation is USD 25.00. The specification will be sent to you in a private conversation. You are supposed to submit at least 1, but at most 4 deliveries, one for each Level.
