Caller ID Lookup Application

We are seeking an experienced telephone network expert and software developer to create a turnkey application that will capture a telephone number from and data stream and originate a phone call using the captured telephone number. The number will be sent to a second switch that will do a CID lookup. This CID information will then be returned to the original sender. There will be multiple locations of the terminating switch to capture data from different CID databases. The aggregate data will be received and returned from a central server. This project can be completed using Asterisk or similar telephony software.
