Dear Friend, The RIGHT tone help brands convey their message effectively to their audience. In an attempt to understand your needs, I have enclosed an example. If you write like this: “Greetings dear reader, we welcome you to our website.” The tone of voice makes you sound very proper, formal, and maybe a little stodgy. If you write like this: “Hey heyyy heeeyyyy wazzup, u just landed at my WeBssiITTTEE!!!!!” The tone of voice makes you sound informal and goofy. Both of these examples conveyed the same message, but in a very different way. One of these greetings would be appropriate for a personal blog, but not for a large financial website.
