I love writing and am looking for some creative projects at the moment. I have worked as a content executive for around a year and a half and have written blog articles for a leading ecard company during the time. I have also worked in revamping their website and content so I believe that my experience there would further enable me at my task here. I am a textile designer and artist who has worked in many mediums like textile printing , weaving, tie n dye, batik and fabric painting . As an artist I have delved into the myriad forms of art like oils, acrylics , watercolours and honed my artistic ability over the years into a body of work which has satiated my creative spirit and of course continues to do so . I have also worked on eco friendly art projects which encourage the use of waste in art . I incorporated the use of papier mache which is in itself a product of waste and used it in sculptural forms on bottles , tins , plastic containers and turned them into lamps , planters , pen holders , paper weights and vases . I have done DIY projects of Art out of Waste for magazines like , Good Housekeeping, Child and Better Homes and Gardens . I have also done a DIY project for Asian paints , creating simple artistic things of utility out of things lying unused at home . My other area of interest is Home decor . I have an Instagram feed on which I share home decor ideas in interiors and gardening . To create a beautiful home you don't need to burn a hole in your pocket . I share ideas which can bring colour , personality and style to a home in a doable simple way . I have a Facebook page called Anuraya where I feature my artwork which primarily comprises of painted metal products like trunks , kettles , water cans , buckets and plates . I have also painted murals on walls, floors and doors . Art is an intrinsic part of my life and will continue to be so till I live . I have recently created a profile on freelancer as I would like to share my expertise and knowledge by writing blogs, creative writing and providing consultancy to queries associated with home interiors, gardening, art & decor. I am also looking to further enhance my writing abilities on subjects and topics beyond the niche mentioned above. Since I am a beginner, I want to add more dimensions to my profile by ensuring exemplary work adhering to your guidelines and time frame.
