To be honest, never worked with that sensor, but I don't see why I can not implement it on your Arduino since I have worked with the MPU6050 I already have one connected to my Arduino for another project; I did a quick research and found a library for the ICM20948 so I can integrate it with the logic you want, of course using the LiPo bat too. Hi, First, I request you to see my portfolio, wherein I have built my self-balancing robot using a 6DoF IMU sensor. I used the MPU6050 sensor to implement a real-time PID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative) control system. The Arduino fetches the gyroscopic values from IMU and uses them to calculate its current inclination from the vertical upright position. Further, the Arduino commands Nema17 stepper motors at the bottom so that the robot never falls and remains in an upright position throughout. I have over 4+ years of experience working with Arduino and related sensors.
