Digital Animation to create different Character (only image)

NOTE: This is not a project for logo or business card designer. We are looking for a Digital Designer/3D Animator having good imaginative power and experience of this field who can create digital characters (image only) from the provided description in shortest possible time. 10-15 such base characters need to produce. Each such character then needs to reproduce with 8-10 variables to form different and multiple variant of same character. Multiple different images are required. Video or gif is not our requirement. Desirable: - able to create high end animated character - Fast turn around - Responsive to communication for better and fast outcome - Reliable enough to deliver work as expected so as to consider for our next project.
