To create a 3 to 4 minutes animation on baking a cake for children. Should be very attractive, colourful and enjoyable. Need the source files also so that the whole animated film can be broken into small parts an interaction can be built in this using other tools. This will be used as a sample and if selected more projects will be awarded. Hence quote needs to be very competitive. Need to submit it in a very short time. While applying please submit previous sample work and a detailed time frame. We are looking at creativity and perfection as critical parts for awarding the assignment.
