Hi, i need one IOT software for E scooter. Software should have Client and Admin. The software should be able to work for Ios and Android. The administrator should be able to limit where the scooter can move, it should see how many batteries the scooter has, how active it is, where it is currently, to add new scooters, to see the condition of the scooter ... the client has to download the application from the internet, fill in his data, choose whether he wants to pay via visa or paypal and then his scooter is activated and he can ride, after the ride he stops the application where he offers to take a picture of the scooter and then the bill comes in the mail.
