I am writing Android BLE connection code, but cannot get it to work and using different methods and still not sure what is going on. I am connecting to an ESP32 based on Arduino BLE, but I execute the scan and it never finds the ESP32. I have used an Android scanner app it finds the Arduino BLE, but cannot get the code (see attached) working. I would to understand what is wrong with the code and how it can be fixed.
