Kotlin, Android studio application

I am looking for a developer who can create a Kotlin Android studio simple mobile phone application that serves a utility purpose. (Our scope) server -> application (project scope) The server will expect messages in the form of XML with tagged parameters and will respond in XML format as well. it should be made with Kotlin environment and Android studio. Query (Application) -> Response (Server) -> end of connection. The Android application is used for recording operations performed by an employee. A logged-in employee scans a barcode using the phone. If an employee is currently performing an operation and scans another barcode, the server will interrupt the previous one and register the start of a new operation. The application should have the following functions: 1. User login 2. Barcode scanning - registers the start of an operation. 3. Displaying the currently executed operation - name, start time, estimated time, remaining time. 4. Button to finish the current operation. 5. Button to "complain" about the currently performed activity - followed by a complaint content (string). 6.
