Find an Accountant

Work is strictly on-site Full, or close-to-fulltime, but NOT 9-5. Some of the following hours can be flexible: Mondays 12-5pm; Tuesday 2:30-7:30pm; Wed and Thursday from 10 am on 6pm; some Fridays. Sundays are possible; the premises are open from 11 am to 6pm. Requirements: Must have higher-end skills in using: Quickbooks 2010, [login to view URL]’s online/credit card billing systems, U-Attend employee punch-clock system, ADP. Duties & responsibilities: Manage accounts payable: all accounting and financial queries and bills from clients, prospective clients, our CPA tax advisor, the state of NJ, IRS, etc. Manage accounts receivable: handle 170-200 active client accounts, including online billing and credit card charges with a few exceptions, who pay by paper check; enroll check payers into the new online system. Manage payroll for a staff of 15 – 17, of which three are full-time Collections Bank reconciliations Credit line management Manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets Manage vendor accounts, office inventory and purchasing Monthly financial statements Annual Tax planning and prep Assist with human resources matters pertaining to payroll, payroll taxes, etc. Research, weekly reports for all above Processing and filing weekly for all the above
