The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the tax implications associated with various estate planning activities. You will play a critical role in providing expert advice and support on tax-related matters to enhance our service offerings. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a tax advisor for estate planning cases, including but not limited to real estate transactions, business formation, succession planning, and the transfer of assets into trusts. Provide on-call tax consultation services to the attorney, addressing emergent tax questions and concerns as they arise. Join consultations with clients to offer tax-related guidance and support during estate planning discussions. Collaborate with the estate planning attorney to ensure that all financial strategies are compliant with current tax laws and regulations. Assist in developing tax-optimized estate planning solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Qualifications: Current CPA license. Proven experience in tax planning and estate-related financial matters. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in clear, understandable terms. Availability to participate in client meetings and provide timely responses to inquiries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address a broad range of estate planning scenarios.
