Re enter 2019 til today. I need to re enter vouchers in accounting software. Software name is Mamut business - used in 16 EU countries. All the vouchers are posted and scanned in online based accounting programme named Tripletex. Evrything needed for the job will be found in tripletex. Other needed stuff will be provided. You have to download vouchers from tripletex to your/mine computer, save them and post in Mamut then rename voucherfiles with new vouchernumbers as per in Mamut. Make a folder per moth. There are a lot of vouchers that is NOT suposed to be there, therefor the esiest way is to re enter required vouchers - instead of correcting in existing programme. Vouchers in 2019 shows almost 4000 but i dont know how much of them will be required. I belive maybe 3000, but can be more or less. Vouchers in 2020 shows around 1500 and also here it should be a little less. Software language can be changed to english but chart of accounts will show in norwegian. All the months have to be reconciled while entries as per what bank statement show. VAT based accounting. Closing per month with recociliation. And closing for year 2019. All the vouchers shoul be punched in manually as downloading files can be a lot of excel work and complicated. Maybe not for an excel and accounting expert. Work have to be done through remote desktop as the Mamut software is on server. Static ip adress will be needed. Several ip adresses can be added, but only static ip (not dynamic). Only high experienced and high quilified freelancers are requested to bid or acounting companies with high quilified and experienced staff. Work must be done within 4-7 days - meaning as fast as possible. So if you have other projects and deadlines - please dont bid. Please feel free to ask any questions.
