We should not need to reboot the device from outside, it should get back online whenever the problem is solved. Hi, in a windows 10 PC my printers doesn't appear in devices manager nor in printers... only if i reboot the print spooler all the printers appear but with status "Not conected" and they doesn't work. If i clic to manage a printer, to open its properties, or to make a test print, etc. the system gets blocked (not all the operating system but all about printers). So i have to reboot print spooler to unblock the thing, but the printers keeps not working. I have tried doing the following 2 things: 1. stop spooler, deleting content of the PRiNTER folder, star spooler... 2. entring in the windows registry and apllying some possible solutions i found in google... I have a circuit based on an attiny that power cycles a...external circuit when an input is held high for 1 second or more, and then goes low again. I'm using the code linked below from github. I would like it modified so that instead of power cycling when the state change is detected, I want it to power cycle when no state change is detected. In other words, I want it to be more of a watchdog that cycles the power if it does not get pet instead of just a reboot circut that cycles power when it is told to. The rest of the code should continue to work the same i.e. don't powercycle more than once every hour. I can easily test the code here. The amount of time to wait for a "pet" should be a #define at the top of the code.
