Overlay about 12 seconds of video passages of my moving lips onto my existing 2.6-minute video creation, ...existing footage - Ability to restore the appearance of a foreground microphone lastly. The final result should look as if my lips were those of the character singing the lyrics. This video has no commercial intent, it is only a political opinion work. (The attached is only partial.
