I’m looking for a coder familiar with the WordPress plugin API () who can write a simple plugin for me. I would like to make a WordPress plugin that will display the weather forecast using our weather API (). Sample code already exists for reading and displaying the weather forecast in JavaScript with icons and descriptions. (Here is an article, and there is more code in GitHub). This is intended to be a python code that copy information from two different excel spreadsheet into another one. Must be in python. I have a Cost Forecasting Excel Template that has security set to limit editing by the users it is to be issued to prevent its corruption and as such has included some basic macros that do things such as add and delete rows in certain areas of the sheets, export data from sections of the sheet to a set template for upload to another program, insert rows with links to other tabs in the workbook, etc. I have modied the template format and formulas such that these macros no longer work properly and I need to get them fixed ASAP. I want to see how I can use Reinforced Machine Learning, Kalman Filter or something that penalizes and rewards X variables based on their ability to forecast a Y variable. 2 Models previously build for two different properties to forecast IRR. We made a change to the Taxes during construction on Capital Pro Forma Sheet. (B33). it was 63,000 and we changed it to 0 and it affected the IRR by 25%. This does not seem right.....
