Affiliate receives a commish based on:  Sale with Demo but no Training provided by Affiliate  Sale with Demo and no Training  No Demo, No Training Lead only Ability to create Sales reports for each Affiliate so that CF can issue Commish checks We may want to have ability to customize commissions for Affiliates.
