I have 20 old title plans (with basic external wall perimeters and the original plan scales) in PDF format. I have 20 specific units/apartments that I need to extract from the building plan, these need to redrawn and enlarge to A4, by creating a new meter scale next to the old feet scale in unison to the original plan and clearly marking on the new plan the external perimeters measurements to establish for the total m2 for the specific units needed. Each apartment needs to be professionally set-out I have attached one example of an original title plan and 2 finished example pages of what is needed to be done for all 20 different properties.

I need some files prepared for 3d printing. I worked on them in Archicad, and then exported them in some 3d formats, but when i try to print them, they have some errors, and also they are not scaled correctly. I attached the files, and also a dwg with a contour that needs to be scaled to 1x1m to have the exact dimension of the pieces. (the models should be 1:500 scale) So they need to be corrected a little bit, so the mesh will be suitable for 3d printing.

Will provide you with an example of how to set out the working drawings to help you work quicker :) You will need to know Victorian building regulations and victorian Rescode regulations to be able to demonstrate that we comply with such things. Must have good English and been able to perform task out of architecture such as marketing in WordPress, social media, data entry...
