Convert PHP/MySQL database to Xojo Web

I have a simple surgical audit system which comprises of practitioners, cases and procedures for each case. Some update to the data structure will be required, as the current version is not properly normalised. This job will be to basically clone what exists, then there will be another job to make some minor improvements and add reporting capabilities. I can provide an optimised data structure and assist with design (I am a programmer myself, and have done some work with Xojo in the past, and have done a lot of work with databases). I want to use Xojo Web with Xojo Cloud/MySQL as the backend.
