Looking for a quick loading flash image viewer that will be used to display between 10 to 15 external semi-transparent images of varying sizes. These images are much higher than wide (example 200 px wide by 1500 px high) therefore a scroll bar within the flash itself will be needed. The flash must have an image viewing area with white back ground that is resizable or at least 500 px wide by 600 px high.
Would like the flash to be designed with a menu on the left side of the screen that allows the user to click on a text name of the image (managed by an XML file) and cause the image to load into the viewing area. Once in the viewing area the user will have the ability to click on the image and drag it around the screen (up, down, sideways, etc..). Clicking on the text name of the image a second time will cause the image to close.
This is the important part. The user will need to be able to load two or more images into the viewing area at the same time and therefore have the ability to click and drag the images over the other images that are in the viewing area. These images are semi-transparent, so this feature allows the users to see through one image to an image below. And then be able to click and drag any of the images in the viewing area to another part of the screen. Other than the white back ground in the viewing area the flash should use different shades of blue. All text should be atleast 8pt or larger and very clean and readable.
(Note: If it is possible for the flash to dynamically reduce the size of the images by 50% without losing image quality, etc.. that would be great. It that is not the case then I would like to use the original image sizes in the flash)
As a add on feature, but not as important would be the ability for the user to increase and decrease the size a image that is loading into the viewing area.
Good day , thank you for allowing us to bid on your project. We are a strong flash actionscript team and will easily and with great communication get you job done.
