(Wordpress-) Blog modification & template

Project: Modification of Wordpress-Blog through programming/ plugins and creation of a wordpress template according to the attached design-sheet 1. Modification of a Wordpress-Blog 1.1. Modification of a Wordpress-Blog so that it is possible for readers/ users to register (as authors) without a pre-approval of the admin. 1.2. Modification of the backend for the "authors" since the regular wordpress-backend is too complex and has too many options. The backend should only consist of the following 3 menu-points and the relevant forms/functions: Profile: Username Name Email Password Adress City Country Avatar (user-picture) Post: Standard form for posting blog-posts Possibility to upload images (max. 3) Activity: Overview over the users' activities (previous posts; if possible also: comments) In case a wordpress-plugin should provide this functions please take in account that the plugin has to be customizable as with regard to the design or should at least correspond with the layout provided in the attached design-sheet. 1.3. The following function should be also included (if it is not to complex/time-consuming to implement): Possibility for registered users to post blogposts from the frontend. 1.4 The projects has not necessarely to be based on wordpress. Any other platform (e.g. TYPO3, Joomla, etc) that offers the desired functions described above can be used. 2. Wordpress Template 2.1. Creating a (Wordpress) template according to the attached design-sheet. Precise details regarding the width, heights, margins, etc. for the elements will be provided later by us. 2.2. The flag that contains the date of a post shall have a different color for a blog post created by the "admin" and by a "author". 2.3. Frame "A" shall contain a (simple to configure) slideshow of a various numbers of images that are linked to specific blogposts. 3. Miscellaneous Please inform us, in case a special plugin should be implemented. We will pay for the plugin separately.
