great wordpress design, development company required

**this project is only for companies who have ability to design/build great sites, no individuals are required to bid on it. we are in looking for great wordpress design company, who have experience front end designers and angular.js / wordpress developers to design and develop wordpress site for us. time is crucial so we need strict deadlines and regular updates. project deadline will be 3 weeks. it must be modern design/ interactive front end website for a company with using wordpress as admin website will be for a tech company to show their services, industries, processes and portfolio other pages would be careers and blog etc. so we would need neat and nicely designed inner pages. website design should be unique and represent a great user experience on mobile devices and PC’s. we need a constant look and feel in whole site graphics and icons designs that should represent a brand. there will be approx 30-40 pages in total. * All banners, icons, infographics, thumbnails, portfolio and blog banners have to be designed and must created by your designers a great branding sense or if you buy from stock images site (include price in your bid) and they must match site brand and layouts. i need great front end work. here are 2 samples sites to get my mind what i am looking for something like [login to view URL] , and [login to view URL] ( these are only for refernce, we would need to own all copyrights of work. ) you must be a process oriented company, we would need project management tool access and easy communication tools to stay in touch with your team. *we will provide text and home page video, you have to design images/icons and graphics. 3rd party integrations: zoho, zopim, analytical tools, mail chimp, *** project deadlines: total 3 weeks, (1 weeks for design, and 2 weeks for development and testing)
