Hi, I have worked on the woocomerce plugin of wordpress. In your case we first have to use the imap method to get the file from your email based on the subject and sender name. Once we have the excel file importing it to the product table (Woocomer table) would be an easy task. I would tell you the details of the file so in future if u add new field to the excel u will be able to import that too with very little modification in the script.
