[login to view URL] Job description: We are looking for an individual with an understanding of the digital sphere to take control of the marketing initiative for the nailgirls brand. The role however can be shared between two individuals, one person focusing on marketing, the other on digital marketing. The desired candidate is someone who understands marketing as a whole as well as digital marketing especially social media. The role is particularly demanding requiring someone who is determined and wants to take charge of driving the company’s image forward. You will be expected to: • Outline a marketing plan and include social media; implement, maintain and analyse marketing and social media trends. • Develop our social media for business use - working with and writing our blogs (so good and creative writing in our voice), Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Google+, Pinterest, YouTube, Vimeo etc. to build our community. • Utilised social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Vimeo etc. to build the brands awareness based on instruction • Gain insight into growth hacking tricks with reference to hash-tagging • Take charge of finding interesting content and engaging with our online community so that they have a great experience and we gain new followers of the brand. • Content manage blog posts and social media portals. • Research, develop, and execute social media marketing strategies and traditional marketing. CRM and analytics disciplines • Work in collaboration with the PR strategist and media partners of the company to develop and deliver results driven online marketing campaigns. • Create and execute innovative and effective digital advertising. • Develop design-led marketing materials in consultation with relevant colleagues. • Work with the sales teams to improve and enhance marketing communications to drive sales and hit targets. • Use analytics to evaluate success, reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI. • Provide general assistance with business development and direct calling. • Be enthusiastic, eager to learn and ambitious. Desired skills: • Must have experience working with Wordpress • Has the essential Marketing experience • Has a good understanding of social media • Content manage blog posts and social media portals such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Vimeo etc. to build the brands awareness based on instruction • Can demonstrate exceptional language/writing skills • Is creative with a keen eye for design • Can work autonomously and take direction and feedback constructively • Can work in a busy environment, prioritising tasks and sticking to deadlines • Is well versed in Microsoft Office • Has a can do positive attitude and a problem solver • Good time management skills Qualifications: Professionals with real experience in this field. Good communication skills are vital - and we expect everyone to be familiar with online tools and social networks, and be I.T. literate. A BA/BA Hons in Marketing, English or the Arts is preferred but not essential. We welcome bright students, graduates or post graduates with some experience.
