Wordpress project - do not bid - specific for kernelbd

(1) I want a drop down menu on the top, mainly which will help me with the courses.(I think this feature is already there, but not sure how to use it) (2) I need to fix the pdf file download, basically in every course, theres a link to download pdf files. can you fix this for me, so that it gives me the option to upload pdf files, so that visitors can download them, which is specific for each course.
