Windows Phone Video app

We have a windows phone 8 app that we would like built. We plan to build the app in two stages. Stage one is what you a bidding on. We have the interface designed and created and will provide this to the winning bidder. The app will be several different live video channels that the user will be able to select and play the live feed. We will provide the stream in the correct format for windows smooth streaming but the programer will have to use a MS video player. We can provide screen shots to bidders so they have a better idea on what we are looking to have built. Please contact me for more details.
