I have an existing and working program written in Delphi 6 that uses Crystal Report 7 and two 3rd party components (one is a Grid (TopGrid) and the other (indi) is for sending emails out). It uses MS SQL as the database. The code is being migrated to Delphi 2010 and the built in grid is being used in place of the TopGrid. You can work with the migrated code or the original one in Delphi 6 and migrate it yourself, the final code must be in Delphi 2010. - Need to replace CR7 with another reporting utility that has a Visual report designer. - Need to Read and Write to Domino/Notes 8.5 Databases including Address Book and Calendar - Need to add some Web functionality like showing records from SQL on the web or getting data entry from a site. - Need to interface with MS Office, functions like Mail Merge and Export to Excel is needed. - Need to create PDF from SQL outputs. - Need to enhance the efficiency of the code by removing duplicated procedures and finding better ways to work with the SQL server. IBM Domino/Lotus Notes can be programmed using Java, Java script and they do have API and a ODBC Driver for their database plus a COM, look here: [login to view URL] The application must run on Windows XP and 7 both 32 and 64 bit versions. Let me know which of the above you are capable to do, It is OK to do just parts of the project so for example, if you don’t know IBM Domino you can do the rest and I will find another person to do the Domino part.
