Website for online sugarfree sweets store

I am looking for freelancer who can do website of online sweets for us. This will online sweets store with nice design *Total Number pages : 7 *Functionalities for website: (1) We haven't decide on shopping cart whether we want to use from hosting company or if someone can provide good price we decide to buy from freelancer. (2)Member: Website will have frequent member area where member can first time register and after that using userid and password can enter and buy products online so that way every time they buy online they don’t have to fill up the information form again. (3)Club Member: where member gets sweets of their choice once in month. Please refer to [login to view URL] (4)Admin Panel: There will be ONE or TWO administrator who can create (Managers of LLC ) username and password to access to admin panel where they can view all report of different client who has logon to website and who has bought the sweets online. They can do sorting by name, address, zip code and date. We also want report where we can know who is buying highest amount of sweets from the website, frequency of purchases, directly or through which Retailer / Reseller who sell highest amount of our sweers such kind of details. (5)CMS(Content Management System): Right now we will have only 5 products to put as online product on website. In future,we may have more products. Using content management system, we want to add more products, change font size, text, image insertion or removal from the pages, change the placement of naviagation button etc. in a way which must not screwed up the design of website.
