Web design with vector art and animation

Hello, We need to design a web home page (one page)with some original animated illustration(vector art). For successful bidder, you need to provide: 1. One page HTML 2. At least ORIGINAL 5x vector arts in the website, we will put the image to plagiarism checker. 3. One main animation on the top of webpage writes in pure code(HTML/JS) and other small animation can be GIFs. 4. All the source for illustrations (e.g .ai files) We will provide website context in text for you, you need to discuss with us the idea of design based on the given text. The milestones are, 1. Draft of the design(in code/image file) 2. Finish the illustrations drawing 3. Finish web page design & animating We will pay based on the finished milestone respectively.
