I've recently created a server company (selling server slots to gamers etc) and, as a spin off of this, we've also moved into website creation. My people are all rather inexperienced in the creation of sites and could do with some training.
I need a couple of things. Firstly, I need someone to work with either one or two of my people and create a website for both the server company and the webcreation company ( they are two different companies, but are both owned by me). A requirement of this job is that you work with my guys and teach them wherever you can.
Most of the work will br rather simple, and this will be reflected in the pay, however future jobs will require more skill, which will also be reflected in the pay of those jobs. Basically, I want someone with experience in at the start to help my guys but also to frontline some of the harder projects in the future. The budget range is set for four websites. If it is agreed that, or for some other reason outside of our control, the designer/coder does 1, 2 or 3 websites then the price will be a quater, half or two thirds of the origionally agreed price. Realistically this/these project(s) will have to be discussed one to one in regards to pricing as it will depend on how much training/help you are able to give my guys.
The second thing I need is an experienced designer and developer on my books who can assist with future projects by either taking an active role in creating new sites for our customers, or by simply acting as an adviser/teacher for my own people.
