small website for bed manufacturer

A new website is required for a small UK based bed manufacturer. This is not an ecommerce website, it is just a web-based version of their existing paper brochure (PDF copy will be available from [login to view URL] [login to view URL]). Be warned the existing paper/PDF brochure is a big download (about 96MB I think). I am providing high quality JPEGS of each of the customer's products (available at [login to view URL]) and the description/copy is to be used straight from their paper/PDF brochure. Look and feel of the existing paper/PDF brochure is to be replicated as close as possible to the new website. The domain name is in the process of DNS name server changes, so the above links may not work until Sunday (7/12/08). I would like this site to be in place by 14th December 2008 if possible, this should be a quick and easy site design for someone, especially since we are providing all images and the colours and font styles are already determined. I expect the price to reflect how easy this site should be to create.
