Rework Images & Change 1 Image Into a Webpage.

I need 4 images edited the zip file is below 1. On the [login to view URL] I need the top line edit out or deleted then blend in the bgcolors and center all the other text on the image. 2. On the [login to view URL] I need the year 2006 edit out or deleted and center the the word NEW on the image. 3. On the [login to view URL] I need the text +20,000 change to +55,000 on the image. 4. On the [login to view URL] I need the image transform or redesign into a html page, I would need to be able to change the bgcolor, leave the leftside blank but I need the text on the rightside change to clickable text links just add the link codes <a href=""> on the page for each link and I'll add the url's later. It would be nice to also have a <style type="text/css"> on the page so I can change the text color and size for each link. You must be able to accept payment either through getafreelancer or through paypal.
