3D Product Configurator (like NikeID) for Snowboards

We are a new snowboard company and I need a website with an interface that will allow customers to choose a length, flexibility (low, medium, high), if they want rocker and/or camber. Also, the customers should be able to submit a design for the base and a design for the top sheet (probably .png or ,jpg files) through the use of drag and drop. If they do not wish to submit a design the customers should be able to at least change the colors of the base and top sheet as well. This will be submitted as an order and payment will be made. I will make the parts of the products in 3D in the various colors and supply them to you in the format that you prefer. I am looking for someone who has experience.
