Maintain and customize Wordpress website and Template -- 2

This project will work as small test-drive for a bigger project. My plan is that if this project collaboration goes well, i will work with the same webdeveloper in the future. So i have an wordpress website running, on an older and messed up installation with a lot of amateur made costumizations and a poorly designed and programmed skin. The developer who will work on the project has to be proactive, self-inquisiteve and the abillity to do smart suggestions on various levels of the development. You should be very familiar to wordpress design and plugins development (PHP, CSS, JS,HTML) and also be able to adjust, manipulate and create artowork in photoshop. This project consists of various aspects: 1- Migrate all site structure to a new wordpress installation. 2- I have already bought a professional created wordpress template. a) You will have to do costum modifications to the template b) be able to do costum widgets and plugins modifications c) Choose or create the best widgets or plugins to achieve the required results. d) Creations of an Easy to use smart and dynamic gallery, blended and adjusted to the template. e) Other possible details that might come up during development. Other requeirements: SEO optimization, english fluency, wordpress optimization Other details and specific requests will be discussed later and as the project evolves.
