Full Stack Engineer needed as technical partner

Please Read Job Post Carefully We are a small, passionate, and motivated team aiming to launch a new company Flo Hiring and we need your help! After a month of hard work, we are getting ready to launch our MVP by 15th October, with the vision to provide the best hiring services that can help companies to hire perfect employees in a short time. We need to find a full-stack engineer who can grow into a leadership role in our new company. You will be our first hire so adaptability is key! We highly value the combination of simplicity and intelligence to deliver great experiences. If you take pleasure in getting every detail right and have experience launching new websites, then our position is perfect for you. The perfect candidate will be able to build out and manage our entire web infrastructure (Simple and small). Our project entails implementing the Frontend according to our pre-approved UI, constructing our Backend, and setting up our server infrastructure. Ideally, our candidate will have workflow automation experience as well. This includes all associated areas such as database and architecture design. We've already set up the basic structure of the Airtable database for this solution, and have a list of prioritized tasks that need to be completed before launch. Please add the MVP launching date on top of your application or it will be ignored. **Responsibilities:** As the full stack Software Engineer to join our team, you’ll be responsible for: - Develop front-end website architecture (Mockups will be provided). - Suggesting the suitable Tech Stack for the system development - Website creation from scratch - Owning the entire lifecycle of the project from the Design phase to deployment. - Integrate Airtable automation & Scripting **Ideal skills:** - Motivated and creative - Excellent Team player - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Good problem-solving skills. - Familiar with Airtable Scripting and Automations.
