Fix loading time / display issues on a responsive Premium Press wordpress website

[login to view URL] 1) Speed optimize entire site - Basic speed improvements using CDN / Minify Etc are not making much of a speed difference. Home page is loading "Page not found" then loading home page much later. Site is using Max CDN along with W3 cache. Applicant must be expert in configuring these applications. 2) fix display / speed of of site on both desktop and mobile devices. 3) On Apple IOS home page loads incorrectly and listings (in listing carousel slide show) land on top of each other in IOS. This APPEARANCE ISSUES needs to be fixed. 3) all corrections must be done in child theme and not in the underlying theme files. 5) Site uses Premium Press Directory Theme - [login to view URL] preference in hiring given to freeelancers with premium peress expeince. 5) Load time is also slowed by 2 listing carousels on home page using full size images vs thumbnails. Find solution to use low res / thubnail issues. 6) Population of pull down search menus is also slowing home page load time. 7) APPEARANCE: Main image on any listing page is not scaling in mobile versions - Appearance issue. [login to view URL] a) Sloppy child theme coding and deployment of child theme and choice / running of legacy plugins may be partially the culprit. b) Speed tests on tshow gtmetrix etc point to need to fix numerous Js loading issues. c) Use of a custom built plugin vs use of a child theme may be an underlying issue. Theme developer Premium Press recommends using child themes for all modifications. Current developer used a self built plugin and never used the child theme architecture built into theme. Not sure what issues if any this is causing.
