Looking to create 2 property listing websites We want you to host them locally until they are finished Both will look the same with slight branding changes They list property and display our services I want the sites to be able to display property for sale On site A I want the admin to be able to list property and assign access it to a property owner On site B I want the owner to be able to list property themselves and have access to it New user sign up and log in People visiting the site can view a property ad and make an appointment to see it. People get signed up and are called viewers viewers get appointment reminders to view the property viewers confirm that they viewed it and are asked to review the property (only the property lister can see the reviews) viewers can bid on the property entering credit card details to secure the bid if it is accepted There are 3 types of purchasers- subject to sale of their property, mortgage approved and cash buyer The owner can see the info if they are these three types of bid but the bidders can not The bidders can see the current state of bids on the property purchasers have to put in proof of funds as well for the bid in photo format and id proof of address for admin to approve purchasers have put in their credit card details and if the bid is accept then there is a hold put on the funds of the credit card securing the funds. On an accepted bid the owner and purchaser get an email to confirm the bid Other purchasers can also bid and when another offer is accepted the other purchasers get a email to update them The owner can view the bids in a graph showing the bids for each bidder over time The owner can see how the bids are coming in and will select one to sell to To go sale agreed the owner selects the bidder and agrees the sale. The auth hold is then action and the funds charged. The other bidders are emailed to confirm the sale has been agreed The owner and purchaser is asked for the solicitor details so the contracts may be exchanged The bidding systems are the same on the two sites But the price the property is listed by the owner at on site b is with out our fee which has to be added on. The bidder pays this fee. The bid the bidder puts in is for the property and our fee included and this must be shown in the process of putting in a bid. Finally when the bid is accepted there will be terms and conditions and an invoice generated on site b On site a there will only be terms and conditions
