Email design

In need of a provider that can create 5 different email templates that we will send to a mailing list that will display the contents of the email in HTML if they are viewing from a HTML browser/HTML Email Management Program and will display the contents of the e-mail as text if they are not using an HTML-compatible email management program. Some of the images for the templates will be provided, templates should coordinate with our website which will be provided in pm. Logo will be provided as well. Please send samples of your email work only. Escrow will be made after approval of the mock up. I am willing to pay not more then $30 and time frame should be 2 days. Thank you
