We are publisher of Slovenian edition of teenage magazine BRAVO, and are looking to update our media-portal, which is currently on http://www.bravo.si. Site has to be done from scratch, with new design and new code.
It is important that graphics are suited for age group 11-17 years old, and we will provide initial graphic mock-up. Provider needs to do graphics on basis of that, and submit for approval.
After that, work will proceed with programming website. We will leave to provider to suggest a solution for this (i.e. Joomla, Drupal, own solution etc.) Site will focus on teenage news, it has to be able to play videos (like on [login to view URL]), and forum is of huge importance. Besides that, we need classic modules, like gallery, articles, blogs, etc. It also need to allow user registration, and in "members" area members need to be able to post their images, blogs, profile...
Of course, website has to be SEO friendly and to be able to achieve good ranking in Google in short time.
