Create a custom filter and upload products from an CSV file from an old website to my new online store MAGENTO

Hi, I have a site thats finished with the exeption of the search box. [login to view URL] I have a csv file from my old website and i want someone to upload all products from that file attached here to this website. I also want to remove the products from the csv file which are marked as "Original" in the column A. Then the search filter i want it to work like on this website: [login to view URL] Upload client csv file database. Few minor changes are also needed: - if the shoppping cart exceds 1500 lei, apply a 10% disccount on the checkout - if there are 3 or more identical products in the shopping cart, apply a 10% disccount, but only for those 3 identical products NOT FOR THE ENTIRE SHOPPIGN CART - all texts translation, - remove Community Pool - remove Product Tags - clients data base uploaded - the menu is wrong; it can find products in the printer category, although there should be none - Cele mai bine vandute (best sellers), add the nexts: Q2612A, CE285A, FX-10, CEXV33, CRG728, EP-27, CB435A, CB436A, TO1540, Q6000A - Connect with the Facebook Page Timing is critical! I have 3 full days left. If you say it is ready in 3 days and it won't be both you and me loose 80% of the money. My client is not able to pay after 3 March! Please look carefully at the website and CSV file before you bid and we start this. They money left for this job are 70$. It is not negotiable. Thank you.
