427135 Need customization to WordPress

We are in need of a WordPress/Web Design expert to customize an existing WP template ([login to view URL]). This is a broker's theme but it will be used for an individual. We are starting from scratch with this theme and need the following customization: 1) Add client logo where "Broker" is now displayed (logo to be provided) 2) Set up new Page names 3) Customize drop down menus to our specifications 4) Add YoutTube plugin 5) Add button/link for visitors to "Subscriber to my newsletter" (incorporate subscription form into website from MailChimp, which generates the code) 6) SEO!!! using provided keywords and search terms 7) Deveop application for lead-generation purposes that calcualets the current value of your home, similar to [login to view URL] Needs to appear to be a proprietary function of client's website. We also need a form developed that preempts the results so that we can capture Name and Email address as an opt-in to marketing program. A button/link from Home page to calculator also needs to be provided. 8) Remove secondary agent photos from home page (this may be an option in the template) You will need to provide examples of similar work and demonstrate familiarity and experience with WordPress coding and themes. Also be prepared when bidding to indicate time to completion. Upon the end of the project, you will be providing completed file to our IT person for uploading to client server. Based on functionality after uploading is complete, some tweaking may be required.
