Website Redesign - Member Area -Video &Script Implementation

We are looking for a Company whom has had previous experience in Implementation of Amember members area and integration with 3rd party products. This project requires taking an existing 500 page website to be redesigned as below. 1/ in to W3C standard 2/ Implementation of a Members area (Amember)to be added. 3/Add video and sound downloads ( we will do the compression into .flv files and supply. The videos Need to have securely delivery via Amazon S3 Cloud . (We can instruct on this ) 4/Shopping cart and payment gateway integration 5/ The project must be completed in Dreamweaver CS 3 or above, as we will be working on it with the company that is successful . 6/There will be various scripts that need to be installed 7/ More content and images to be added to the site structure. 8/ Integration of a social networking platform.
