Website Needs Revamp

Hi, We currently have website www.homeselltoday.com. We are in the process of starting our business. Our core business is buying below market value properties off distressed sellers, or people needing a quick sale. We have the means to purchase houses in under a week, cutting out estate agent fees. That was a brief description. Our current site was created for us however I feel that this site isn't really catered towards our target audience, it has no ambience or branding. It doesn't stand out in the marketplace. The website is our shop window and we need it to deliver on impact. So we are looking for our current site to be altered. New graphics to be added and maybe a logo created. We need a sleek and professional look. Most importantly we need an area on the main page where people can enter there details easily. Currently the customer will have to go through a few stages. We are basic novices in this sort of thing and need to enlist the help of peoplelike yourselves to make this happen. I do know however that our site is hosted by joomla and it is a content management site which we would like to keep becuase we want to add blogs and articles.
