I am a swiss french speaking lawyer living in New York. I need help to create a website "similar" to [login to view URL] or craigslist (C2C). This site will first focus on a country and 2 languages, but it must be able to be adapted to 40 country and 20 languages and must be able to handle in the long term a lot of visitors and users. The site will have 4 classified sections for cars, houses, jobs and others. It will be broken up into 2 segments: buyers, sellers. The classified ad section will perform just like Craigslist list with the addition of having fees taken on to those posting their items for sell, with my NEW safe payment system, perfect for country where online payment are not possible. This is a real project. It is still in a conceptual state but I already have a plan drawn out on how I want the site interface to look like, I have a domain name and a marketing plan. I just need help to create the site, host and maintain it. Whosoever bid on this project please be able to achieve the above. The budget is not definitive and can be increased according to the offers. The project will try to develop the trades in the poor countries. I look not only for an expert, but also for a person sensitive to this project. And if somebody is interested in some way in this beautiful project, all the propositions are welcome.
