The main idea is to create a CMS system working as a portal for poker players (very similar as [login to view URL] and others…). They can come to the site and find out latest poker news, enter a discussion in a forum or create a blog. Smaller graphics has to be created such as logo etc. The winning bid of this project has to deliver a complete product, including installing google analytics, upload the site on the server provider of our choise (most likely godaddy). Created in Joomla 1.5 or CMS - SEO friedly, in all aspects including URLs - Member management.
