Wordpress Website Design/Development - 2 Sites

I am seeking a creative experienced designer/developer duo with strong web "design" skills and demonstrated experience implementing a Wordpress theme and 3rd party plugins for the re-design of our site [login to view URL], a just started "mobile salon". Candidate must be expert at Wordpress integration along with the standard HTML/CSS family of programming. Candidate must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. This is a part-time position, to "start with" for only one (1) month. My budget is $400 - you will be paid $200 every 2 weeks for satisfactory work. Site 1: Multiple page site: [login to view URL] Candidate will need to: - Make the site visually appealing and user friendly. - Build out search engine friendly pages in WordPress (content will be provided to you as you need). - Implement local search and SEO to help rank high in the search engines. - Create accounts and pages with history on Facebook and Linkedin for Lookingood. - Use social networking, social media and social bookmarking to drive traffic to the site. - Leverage article marketing (1 article will be provided to you every 2 weeks upon completion of the sites) - Leverage Twitter, Facebook, blogging, link building to increase traffic to the site "Some" items to be done on the site include: 1. Change the homepage menu items (I'll give you the list) 2. Images for homepage (I'll provide you access to the pictures, you'll decide which ones to use) 3. Change Services menu items (I'll give you the list) 4. Images for each service (I'll provide you access to the pictures, you'll decide the best ones to use) 5. Update the Services page with the actual services, content detail, rate and Bookanappointment plugin (see item 7) against each service (I'll provide this content to you) 6. Integrate "Book an Appointment" plugin on every page and against every service detail ([login to view URL]) 7. Add a New Client Sign-up page with a demographic information form, agreement and "I Agree" Submit button. 7. Integrate Gallery plugin (You choose: My suggestion was the one at [login to view URL]) 8. Update About Us page (I'll provide the content to you) 9. Update Terms of Service (I'll provide the content to you) 10. Privacy Policy (I'll provide the content to you) Site 2: Two page site: I'll provide the domain to you in a week. Pages you'll include on this site: 1. One primary service page describing the service with around 10 pictures on it (I'll provide the content and pictures) 2. An "About Me" page with 1 picture and content (I'll provide the content and pictures) Important to me in the candidate: 1. Communication: Must have at least 3 possible ways for us to connect including a telephone, email and chat. 2. Honesty 3. Hard work 4. Willingness to research and learn 5. Reliable, detail oriented, motivated and proactive 6. Can provide at least 2 days/week - one beeing a weekend day. 7.
