Website Design and SEO with Adsense Integration

You can view a saved version of the site here: [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] I need a programmer who can ensure the following: -Through and functioning web site design and coding -SEO for first page google placement -Google Adsense integration -Graphic Design for the site The website allows teachers to look for jobs in Illinois, USA. The main engine of the site will allow a user to type in a keyword for their job (Economics, for example) and then the site will search through all the human resource pages of the school districts in the state of Illinois. When a positive match is found, the website will provide the link to the user. I will provide the list of links for the site to search through and I will need the selected programmer to ensure that an accurate search engine will be developed to return accurate data. The site will also need Google Adsense integrated into the site and will require the user to click on a link from Adsense before they can see the results (to ensure that the site can generate some income). There needs to be a search page where the user can input the field they are searching for, click search and then are prompted to click on a link from Adsense, and, once the link is clicked on, they will be taken to the results page from the search engine in the website. To clarify: 1. The user looks for a teaching job and types in Economics and hits search 2. The user is then prompted to select from a set of google adsense links to click on 3. Once they click on an adsense link, they are then brought to the page with the search results from the initial search for Economics. The adsense link will open in another window. There will need to be a log in feature so people can create accounts I will need an admin section that will allow me to edit/delete user accounts as well as edit/delete links for school districts. Under this section for the school districts, I will need to be able to add new districts as well as select where that district would appear on the district listing page. For example, if I wanted to add an elementary district I would need a field to type in the district name, and a radio button list for elementary, middle or high school. By selecting elementary it would automatically post the school, alphabetically, into the district listing page, which looked like this: [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] There will need to be the following tabs: Home About Us Search List of Districts, which will look like this: [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] The SEO component for this website needs to ensure that the site will arrive on the 1st page for relevant google searches. Payment will be as follows: 25% to start 25% when website is completed 25% when website reaches 1st page on Google searches 25% when we both determine that the site is fully functional and running smoothly Any followup issues with the site and development along the way is to be included in the project. I am expecting to work with the programmer until the site is 100% complete and fully functional
