Redesign an Existing Website

We need a website designer who can design websites on the level of templates that can be found in [login to view URL] and familiar with SEO. Our website provides insurance quotes to insurance consumers. Website should be very user friendly and designed so that visitors will fill out an insurance quote request form and help them answer common insurance questions they may have. Needed Pages: • Home Page (Personal Insurance) • Business Insurance Page • Learning Center Template to input articles related to auto insurance • Learning Center Template to input articles related to home insurance • Learning Center Template to input articles related to life insurance • Learning Center Template to input articles related to health insurance • Learning Center Template to input articles related to insurance news • Affiliate Program Page • Site Map (not XML) • Blog Template with most popular bookmark options • Page that shows all states • Template for individual city pages • Template for individual state pages You do not need to take all the content and put it into pages, just provide the design templates. Additional Requirements: • CSS • Use mainly HTML (all pages should be .html) • If using java is necessary, put it into a separate file (e.g. <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="inc/scripts.js"></script> ) • This should be a search engine friendly website design • All website pages should validate through [login to view URL] Website domain will be provided in PM.
