Need a Wordpress Webdesign Like CouponCodesmall.com

Hi People, I would like you to do something very easy. I own [login to view URL] and need a design similar to that. But need the following: - The design of the website will be the same header with the same search box with the same design of "Latest Coupon Codes Mall Posts" and get rid of all the others type of posts. - Header: A new logo should be made by you, the new website domain name will be: [login to view URL] (online deals) so impress me. The small logos at the right side should be added as well (if you make it better or add more will be nicer). - Top Header Categories: Should be added as main categories in the wordpress admin panel. For example we created a new category called "Best Deals" it should be shown at the top. - The design in the [login to view URL] (on wordpress) should be the same as [login to view URL] - The design inside category or page should be changed to something nicer than the already ugly one that is now. - There should be a template called "online coupons" which will be used under the "online coupons" category which should be designed as: [login to view URL] so there will be in the wordpress admin panel an option to upload an image (as a post and not a page) and take a small description of the article under "online coupons". That could be easy done with a wordpress plugin called "WP Unique Article Header Image". After you finish it, you should provide the full wordpress theme in a zip file so I can install it as other wordpress themes. As I will provide the .css files it should be very easy. I don't have a big budget and I don't believe this project is difficult as I provide the most important files. Note: I am allowed to add or remove anything that I need to add or remove from what I am asking.
